No. A consultation is an opportunity to review your situation and explore possible paths, including options outside bankruptcy. You can ask questions before deciding how to proceed.
How much will it cost?
The initial consultation is free. Legal fees depend on the matter and the work involved. The firm will discuss costs after reviewing your circumstances; ask about the arrangements available for your case.
What should I prepare before we meet?
The firm asks prospective clients to complete its Personal Financial Worksheets. If you own or operate a business, complete Business Financial Worksheets for each business as well. Contact the office to confirm how to provide your documents.
Can I meet by phone or video?
The firm offers phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings. Contact the office or use online booking to arrange your consultation and confirm its format and duration.
