Kevin’s practice spans bankruptcy and financial workouts, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases. He was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 1973.
He earned his undergraduate degree at The Citadel in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1973. He later completed a master’s degree in theology at Saint Leo University.
Kevin has served as president of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association and the Mount Pleasant Exchange Club. His speaking and educational work has covered bankruptcy and debt-related issues for legal, business, and community audiences.
